What is a GFAD VIP?
GFAD VIPs are just that... Girl For a Day’s Very Important People!! We know your time is valuable and that time is money…so we would like you to become a VIP so we can save you both time and money!! VIPs essentially get their very own personal assistant! Where else can you get a Personal Assistant for just a few dollars a month??
VIP Benefits
VIP Membership allows for a prearranged number of calls or services to be used each month exclusively for Personal Executive Assistance at a special VIP discounted rate. VIP Membership works just like a Concierge Account with the added benefits listed below.
Monthly balances in your Concierge Account roll over each month. If we are nearing the end of our fiscal year and you have a remaining balance we will give you a call so that we can work together to close out our records accordingly. Concierge Accounts are never forfeited!!
VIP Extra… We are always within reach, day or night at your disposal!
VIP Membership Advantages
VIP Members are not charged for items that can be handled with a quick call; things like calling us when you are out of town to obtain driving directions to meetings, or to have a quick call made to your Florist for that special someone. A discount will be applied to all services rendered for VIP Members.
VIP members do not pay a minimum hourly charge for any service, their Concierge Accounts are charged only for actual time spent and the cost of any purchases, etc.
VIP members will have after hours and evening service fees waived for most requests (prior notification and arrangements required to allow for after hours fees to be waived on some services).
VIP Membership also includes complementary Occasion Reminder service; we will call you ahead of time to remind you of that special day or date and we can even help you pick out just the right gift. You will never have to worry about forgetting that special date again!

VIP Membership Fees
Members open a VIP Concierge Account and retain a minimum balance of $500. GFAD VIP Membership fees are based on the percentage of projected hours of services required per month. Clients will be charged just as they would with a Concierge Account and a small percentage of your account applied to your fees at the beginning of each month. There is one time administrative fee when your VIP Membership Account is opened; this is to cover the administrative costs of setting you up in our VIP Members Database to allow us to provide you with personalized services based on your personal preferences, tastes, instructions and needs. All this information goes into your confidential VIP record in our database to help us help you!
Membership Conveniences
Your VIP Membership will renew itself each month. All we need is a credit or debit card and we will take care of the rest. If your VIP projected service hours are under or over on a regular basis, we will let you know and work with you to adjust your VIP Membership accordingly. Remember, accounts roll over each month so use us when you need us. Let us worry about the rest!
Service Agreement
As with all GFAD services; we do not require any long term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with out worry. VIP Memberships will automatically renew each month on to your pre-approved debit or credit card. Memberships can be put on hold, adjusted or cancelled at any time. Going back north for the summer? Just let us know and we will place your account on hold for up to 6 months. Your Concierge Account balance will remain here and monthly renewals will stop. When you return, just give us a call to reactivate and we will be off and running again, it’s that simple! We only ask that you provide us with 30 days notice.
Refunds
If an account is cancelled any remaining balance, less any outstanding charges or fees, will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation. If you just want to cancel your VIP Membership you can keep your Concierge Account open and use it accordingly. If you decided to reactivate your VIP Membership within 60 days of canceling no additional fees are charged.
